Sr. Business Development Executive
The Sr. Business Development Executive at Kline I.T. Solutions, LLC will be responsible for spearheading sales efforts within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional sales experience, with at least 2 years within the technology sales area and be familiar with IT-Consultant based services offerings and be responsible for successfully closing sales of services contracts. Candidate should also be able to understand and clearly articulate business issues and advise the customer on latest technology. Candidates should have a proven history of meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and profit goals and should be well versed in consultative sales and the “Solutions Selling” methodology.
Responsibilities Include:
• Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining sales within existing accounts.
• Develop and drive sales strategy for small to mid-sized business accounts
• Work in conjunction with inside sales and technical personnel and advise management with updates regarding
progress against plan
• Develop and execute a personal sales and account development plan to meet or exceed revenue and profit goals
• Join local networking groups and attend regular networking events
• Travel as needed
• Personally drive annual sales volume in excess of $450K
• Develop and drive sales strategy for small to mid-sized business accounts
Qualifications include:
• Minimum 5 years sales experience, with 2 years of technology related sales experience
• Minimum 2 years of Business to Business sales experience
• Firm understanding of Network Infrastructure, Network Architecture, Systems, Disaster Recovery/Redundancy
Planning, Technical Support, and Web development
• Experience in organizing and issuing written responses to RFPs, RFIs and RFQs
• Undergraduate degree (MBA preferred)
• Excellent presentation, written, verbal, and overall communication skills
Web Developer
The Web Developer at Kline I.T. Solutions, LLC will be responsible for overseeing web development projects, including intranets and extranets. The web developer’s role will be to build the operations end of the organization’s Web sites and keep them running smoothly. This includes designing, building, and implementing new Web pages and sites; integrating sites with back end applications; and performing day-to-day administration of the organization’s Web portfolio. Use of a variety of Web development languages is required.
Responsibilities Include:
• Develop, code, install, test, debug, and document Web applications using appropriate editors.
• Register Web servers and sites with domain name services.
• Update Web pages to ensure site accuracy and currency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing Web applications and sites.
• Work with databases administrator to design, develop, and update databases as they relate to Web applications.
• Ensure security of all Web sites and related applications.
• Perform periodic Web site audits.
• Building and distributing HTML email through Campaign Monitor, Constant Contact, or similar
• Monitor and report on Web site traffic and performance.
Qualifications Include:
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Proficiency in development using: Active Server Pages (ASP), Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects (ADO), Visual Basic,
• JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, CSS, XHTML, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, CakePHP, Ruby, .NET, RSS
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct research in emerging technologies
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
• Highly self motivated and directed.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Very strong customer service orientation
System Administrator
The System Administrator at Kline I.T. Solutions, LLC provides system monitoring of the Windows Server environment. The team works within a fast-paced environment to provide real-time support for system issues. Responsibilities also include performing system updates, including software installation and configuration changes. This is a very important position which requires the skill of an administrator as well as the patience and tact of a good customer service representative.
Responsibilities Include:
• Proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of Windows Server platform
• Management of Windows Domain and Active Directory authentication and replication
• Installing and upgrading the Operating System software, 3rd Party Applications, and In-house applications
• Allocating system storage and planning future storage requirements for the applications
• Maintaining system security
• Ensuring compliance with software License agreements
• Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the servers
• Backup and recovery of OS and application information
• Enforce Windows Server Administration standards, policies, guidelines and develop and implement them as
necessary
• Troubleshooting Window servers and escalating when necessary
Qualifications Include:
• Minimum 3 years systems administration experience and troubleshooting.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2000-2003, Microsoft
SQL 7.0
• Knowledge of the VMWare Virtual Center application and VMWare architecture.
• Must be able to work under pressure and independently.
• Excellent Verbal and documentation skills.
• MCSE Certification
• BA or BS required
